Co-Active Coaching Method
This coaching method works with Business, Leadership, Career, and Life Coaching by examining the whole person and their environment.
There are four cornerstones of this method:
• People are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole
• Dance in this moment
• Evoke Transformation
• Focus on the whole person
Through a partnership of listening, intuition, curiosity, deepening/forwarding, and self-management, we offer fulfillment of goals, balance of life, and development of a process to meet the client’s goals.
Assessments
Assessments are used as a tool to help the individual learn about themselves and how others perceive them. The main assessments are:
Strong Interest Inventory: The Strong Interest Inventory provides extensive insight into a person’s interests, helping individuals consider potential careers or new careers and the educational path to get there.
Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator: One of the world’s most popular personality tools. There are four levels of assessments each going deeper into what makes us tick.
Thomas Kitmann Conflict Mode Instrument: This is the world’s best-used conflict management tool for individuals and groups. It helps people understand how different conflict management styles affect interpersonal and group dynamics.
